  • Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • TNT Road Express: Delivery within 1-7 business days
  • TNT Express Shipping: On request.
For items weighing less than 5kg, we may use Australia Post express.
  • Processing Time
  • all orders are processed generally within 14 days
  • if an item becomes out of stock, the processed time could extend to 4 weeks
  • Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the state goods are to be shipped.

You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Australia only.

Unfortunately, we have not organised shipping for overseas as yet, but we welcome enquiries.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order status through the carrier’s website.

  • Damages
